QS Advanced Materials is a supplier of advanced materials and rare elements products, located in NY As a supplier of advanced materials, tungsten crucibles are one of our major products.
Relatively smaller tungsten crucibles are machined from W rods. These crucibles are available in short lead time with small MOQ. To reduce the waste of tungsten, larger crucibles are usually produced by powder metallurgy technique (sintered tungsten crucibles)
With excellent high temperature resistance, tungsten crucibles are ideal container for crystal growing. The inner surface could be polished to obtain a smoother surface and enhance performance. To make sure the tungsten material has a perfect structure, the crucibles are tested by both ultrasonic and eddy current (for machined tungsten crucibles, raw material rods are tested).
